We have worked on a number of Promasters and just recently finished a complete build! We took a used work van with 100k miles and turned it into the ultimate camper van for 2 people. The entire outside of the van was cleaned, fixed and completely repainted with Raptor Liner, a 2 part epoxy paint similar to LineX.. We added brand new all terrain Falken Wildpeak tires along with black aluminum Vision wheels. Every detail was strategically designed including installation of the biggest window we could find so you can enjoy nature on rainy days while custom insulated window covers give you privacy when you want it. It is presumed that the modern day ‘chuckbox’ got it’s origins during the 1800’s when cowboys were making long journeys across America. Considering the Chuckwagon was used to haul food and gear during these arduous travels it makes perfect sense. The modern day chuckbox is frequently used by the Boy Scouts and it is becoming somewhat of a cult classic amongst DIY-ers across the globe. We love the chuckbox and think its a great option for someone who doesn’t want a permanent drawer system build in the back of their vehicle. With our chuckbox, you have almost 5 feet of prep space for cooking while keeping all your camp kitchen gear stored neatly inside. When you are done camping, simple unscrew the legs, store them in the designed slot and chuck the chuckbox in a closet or the corner of your garage! We don’t just build overland vehicles! If you can get your rig to us, chances are we can fit it in our shop and do some unique upgrades! In this Airstream Flying Cloud we took a ridiculously long sofa, cut a chunk out of it and made a very useful addition to the galley area without sacrificing any space from the sofa (which ended up still over 6′ long!).
