Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Products that are eligible may be picked up directly at our Miami, FL location, without incurring shipping costs.
We offer two pricing options:
- Local Pickup at our warehouse in Miami, FL -free of charge
- Freight shipping (for lower 48 contiguous states) – paid for by customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
DRAWERSYSTEMS.COM currently does not offer international shipping, to US territories, or APO addresses.
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
DRAWERSYSTEMS.COM takes precautions in packaging, but shipping damage may occur. Customers should inspect delivery BEFORE accepting from the shipping company. Customer has the right to refuse delivery if packaging or contents are damaged. Customer should report shipping damage by sending pictures from multiple angles of the damaged item(s) to info@drawersystems.com.
Three steps to address shipping damage:
1. Provide pictures of the damaged item(s) for remake/replacement.
2. Submit required documentation for an insurance claim.
3. Fill out and return a signed affidavit describing the package’s condition upon arrival.
Upon receipt of the necessary documentation, we will initiate the replacement process and start an insurance claim.
