Refund/Return Policy
REFUND POLICY:
Given the custom and built-to-order nature of our products, DRAWERSYSTEMS.COM has an “all sales are final” policy unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
CANCELLATION POLICY & DEPOSITS:
Customers have three (3) business days to cancel an order. After this period, a 20% cancellation fee will be assessed on any refunds, including deposits.
Deposits are non-transferrable.
Deposits are held for a period of (6) months and must be applied to a new customer order within that time frame. After this period, the order and deposit will be considered “abandoned” and the invoice for the products will be archived. Should the customer wish to reinstate their order or place a new one, the original deposit will be applied less a 20% fee.
ORDER CHANGE POLICY:
Customers have until (7) days prior to production to request changes to an order. Customers are allotted (1) revision after invoice acceptance within the time period above. Any additional revisions will be billed at $150/hour as a “consultation fee” and added to the final invoice. Change requests are NOT guaranteed.
No changes can be made after production is started on the order.
RETURN POLICY:
ITEMS DEEMED ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
Timeframe for Returns/Exchanges:
Requests for return or exchange must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. No refunds or exchanges will be processed after the 7-day period.
Condition of Returned Item(s):
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued upon request from DRAWERSYSTEMS.COM.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
The original purchaser is responsible for the return packing and all costs associated with shipping of the item(s).
Refund Criteria:
If DRAWERSYSTEMS.COM does not receive the item(s) or if the item(s) are not in 100% re-sellable condition upon receipt, a refund will NOT be issued.
Refund Process:
Once DRAWERSYSTEMS.COM receives the original item in 100% re-sellable condition, a refund will be processed less 25% re-stocking fee.
Restocking Fee:
All eligible refunds are subject to a 25% fee based on the invoiced price of the item.
DRAWERSYSTEMS.COM will not refund any shipping expenses.
INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS:
Any discrepancies in the order must be reported within five (5) business days after taking delivery. DRAWERSYSTEMS.COM will do everything possible to rectify errors promptly.
