The Land Rover LR3 and LR4, also known as the Discovery 3 and Discovery 4 overseas, have become formidable base platforms for overland builds around the globe. With reasonable used car pricing, classic styling, ample storage and the factory air suspension, the Disco makes a great overland vehicle platform. We of course are biased as we currently own a 2008 LR3 SE and a 2013 LR4 HSE Lux. 🙂

The storage and rear compartments are the same dimensions for the LR3/LR4 and since we have 2 sitting our driveway, we can get very creative on drawer system builds 😉
